Terms and Conditions: 

• Pro Plumbing Supplies Ltd has the right to choose the method of transport.
• Delivery times will be agreed with you when placing your order.
• You will need to be home to accept deliveries. Failed deliveries may incur re-delivery charges.
• All goods delivered by Pro Plumbing Supplies Ltd pass to you when they first enter onto the premises stated on the invoice or order form and become your responsibility.
• We will deliver goods to the main entrance of the premises. We may carry the order into a particular room of the ground floor but only if a) the driver has permission and b) the driver believes that it is safe to do so. We reserve the right to only deliver to the main entrance of the premises.
• It is advisable that you make arrangements for a suitable person to assist you in moving the goods into the premises.
• All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 or over. 
• When the driver is present all goods must be checked as present and correct before signing for delivery and any damages must be reported to the driver.
• Whilst every effort is made for the delivery to be made within the agreed timescale, Pro Plumbing Supplies Ltd will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or full due to circumstances outside of our control.
• A  suitable area must be made available for the goods to be stored until use.  An average bathroom would require a minimum of 2m x 1m.
• Goods must be stored away from direct sources of heat such as radiators and direct sunlight. 
• Once items have been received we advise you to check all your items thoroughly. Any damages or defects need to be reported within 48hrs of delivery.
• Installation arrangements should not be confirmed until all goods have been received and checked by you. Pro Plumbing Supplies cannot be held liable for losses as a result of delays to installation.
